The Teesworks Skills Academy supports employers and investors in Teesworks to recruit a skilled workforce locally.

With unique access to employment and training providers, the Teesworks Skills Academy helps recruit and train the best local talent at no cost to your business.

The Teesworks Skills Academy has the overriding goal to deliver a seamless service to businesses on the Teesworks site, specifically to:​

• Support recruitment of new staff, by identifying and supplying available local people with the correct skills, competencies and qualifications for vacancies in your business.​
• Provide tailored training in line with your business requirements, using a network of training partners, to deliver prerequisite skills for new employees, to gain access to pipeline job roles and/or upskilling of existing employees.​​
