Named after one of the grandfather’s of the Tees Valley steel industry, Dorman Point has seen £13.5million invested to transform its 143 acres into a diverse commercial zone. An energy from waste scheme will reduce any occupier’s carbon footprint and help meet clean energy commitments.

Site preparation has already begun with new a new gateway roundabout delivering access to the site.
