Paying homage to another of Middlesbrough’s founding fathers, Long Acres is a 2,000,000ft² development for manufacturing, logistics and distribution. The zone offers 430,000ft² office and incubator space for both well-established businesses and new start-ups.

Preparation has already started on the site neighbouring Steel House, delivering a new gateway to Teesworks.
